Tasya Chairuna Pane is pursuing a PhD in agricultural and resource economics at Colorado State University to explore research on competitive advantages and competitiveness and the implications of the theory of export-led economic growth in major vegetable-oil-producing countries.

Tasya is an agribusiness lecturer at Universitas Sumatera Utara in Medan, where she holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in agribusiness.
