Trihartita Sulispera Semar Palimbong is an English teacher and principal at Esa Cipta Harapan Junior College, Samarinda. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English education from Universitas Pelita Harapan.

As a Fulbright DAI grantee studying the teacher program in English at the University of Rochester, Trihartita is passionate about incorporating international teaching methods. She plans to introduce gamification principles into her school’s reading activities. She aims to enhance students’ literacy skills and motivate fellow teachers to adopt innovative, engaging strategies.
