Virdiani is a civil servant in the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services of West Papua. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English education at Universitas Katholik Widya Mandala, Surabaya in 2000.

For her CCI program, Virdiani studies business management and administration at Northern Virginia Community College – Annandale, to learn more about promotion and public relations, so she can share her new knowledge at her institution.
