Yohana Tamara is a doctoral student in business administration at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Her proposed doctoral program in finance would examine several factors associated with the financial well-being of Indonesian millennial entrepreneurs, combining cognitive factors such as financial knowledge with non-cognitive factors.  

She is a lecturer in business management at Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta, where she earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in financial management.
