Yongki Hendranata is using a Fulbright grant to study for a master’s degree in mechanical engineering at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. He has an interest in research on geothermal power plants, which he feels will be very useful for Indonesia upon his return. He has worked in the energy industry in Indonesia and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya earned in 2012.
