Samir Tusneem

Samir Tusneem is a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) co-teaching English at SMAN 7 Semarang, Jawa Tengah.

Samir recently graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a degree in public health, concentrating in biostatistics. Through academic research and service initiatives, he has explored how communication, culture, and trust shape health outcomes, particularly within dental and public health settings.

Samir’s experience teaching and mentoring children from diverse backgrounds drew him toward Indonesia, where community engagement and educational support are deeply valued. He looks forward to building meaningful connections while contributing to his local school and community.
