Jackson Harris is a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) co-teaching English at SMKN 7 Buru, Maluku.

Jackson spent his first grant year co-teaching at SMKN 1 Kokap in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in biology.

During his second Fulbright year, Jackson hopes to continue immersing himself in Indonesian culture while building meaningful relationships with his students, colleagues, and local community. Beyond the classroom, he looks forward to exploring Indonesia’s incredible landscapes, participating in local sports and outdoor activities, and continuing to learn from the people and places that make Indonesia so unique.
