Andhina Rizkya Satriani is originally from Mataram. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Chemistry, specifically in Organic Chemistry, at The University of Toledo. She is inspired to take that field of study because she wants to utilize the diverse and abundant floras of Indonesia by conducting research in the modification of natural bio-active compounds to develop new drugs especially antibiotics.

Andhina earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at Mataram University in 2015. Prior to her Fulbright award, Andhina is working as a research assistant at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Mataram University.
