Basori is an English lecturer and teacher trainer at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim in Malang.

He is pursuing a PhD in learning design and technology at Purdue University, specializing in instructional technology to enhance future prospective teachers’ Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) capacity.

Basori earned his bachelor’s degree in English teaching from Universitas Negeri Malang and his master’s degree in instructional technology from Northern Illinois University with a Southeast Asian Youth Leadership Program (SEYLP) scholarship.
