Bimar Razak Maulana is a staff geologist at Pilartujuh Abadi Sentosa, a mining consultancy in Surabaya. With his Fulbright scholarship, he is pursuing a master’s in energy and earth resources with a specialization in petroleum geology, particularly the greenhouse effect, at the University of Texas at Austin.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta.
