Dr Cenuk is lecturer in law at Universitas Lancang Kuning, Riau. Her bachelor’s and master’s degrees are in law from the Universitas Islam Indonesia. Her doctoral-level degree in law is from Macquarie University, Australia.

Her proposed research is on “Competition law and preventing corruption in public procurement” at Duke University.

She believes that the United States has a long history of anti-trust law and combating corruption in public procurement. In addition, she hopes to establish a connection with a strong group of researchers that have interests in the competition law field.
