Chrisma Fernando Saragih is a lecturer at the University of Papua, Manokwari, West Papua, and is using a Fulbright-RISTEK-DIKTI scholarship to pursue a doctorate in linguistics from the University of Delaware, in Newark, Delaware. In 2012, he earned an MA in linguistics from Radboud University, in Nijmegen, Netherlands.
