Conor will be a co-teacher at SMAN 1 Seluma, Bengkulu. Through the ETA program, he hopes to learn more about Indonesian culture and promote cultural exchange within the school and wider community.

Conor graduated from American University in 2015. His experiences living in Washington, DC. and the greater metropolitan area ignited his desire to travel the world and live as others do through cultural immersion.

Most recently, Conor completed two years with the Peace Corps in Paraguay where he worked and lived in a small farming community. He is proficient in Spanish and passable in Guarani. At this moment he is probably thinking about studying Bahasa Indonesia, which is the first step toward learning it.
