Dr. Ashley Karay Randall is a Fulbright Specialist in the Department of Psychology at Universitas Indonesia in Depok from May 28 through June 11, 2023. The goals of her visit are to increase engagement in scientific research and data dissemination. Dr. Randall’s activities include workshops with students and faculty on academic writing, publishing, and researching topics specific to relationship science from a global perspective.

Dr. Randall is an associate professor, Honors faculty, and senior Global Futures scientist at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Her area of expertise is in how couples cope with stress in the context of their relationship, with a particular focus on elevating the voices of traditionally underrepresented couples. Dr. Randall is Editor-in-Chief of Personal Relationships, the flagship journal of the International Association for Relationship Research. She is a Fulbright alumna (Switzerland, 2007) and holds Fellow status in the American Psychological Association’s Division 52 (International Psychology).
