Dr. Elni Jeini Usoh is conducting research in educational administration. Her research topic is “Internationalization of Higher Education in Eastern Indonesia: A Model to Support the Merdeka Belajar Policy,” where she plans to analyze the internationalization process and provide concrete suggestions on improving the culture and condition of universities in Eastern Indonesia.

Dr. Elni is a senior lecturer and head of the International Office at Universitas Negeri Manado, Sulawesi Utara. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Universitas Negeri Manado and a master’s and PhD from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
