Dr. Christina Eviutami Mediastika is researching architecture & urban planning at Purdue University. Her study entitled “Improving and Preserving the Unique Soundscape of Cities in Indonesia: Learning from Cities in the United States” aims to analyze and solve problems in the Indonesian soundscape and share awareness among Indonesians on the issue of sound for health and comfort.

She is a lecturer at Universitas Ciputra, Surabaya. She earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Universitas Gadjah Mada and her PhD in architecture & building science from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
