Dr. Patrick O’Leary, a Fulbright Specialist from St. Ambrose University in Iowa, is collaborating with Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta from July 16 through August 15, 2018. He will be conducting faculty workshops in various areas of the emergent workplace ranging from the changing role of managers to instilling a culture of creativity as well as the role of experiential learning in student engagement. He will also work with students on understanding the subtleties of international business with a special focus on the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the European Union.

Patrick teaches leadership and management at St. Ambrose University, Iowa. He was born in Ireland, educated in the US, and has lived in six countries. These diverse experiences have instilled in him an abiding interest in the cultural dimensions of leadership and management and their impact on efficiency and effectiveness.
