Dr. Wendra is researching in the field of business, management, & marketing at the University of Pennsylvania. His research is on “Asian Immigrants On-demand Gig Workers’ Well-Being: An Empirical Research in the US Gig Economy.” He is keen to interact with Asian-American gig workers in the context where they live and work, especially in California. He hopes his research will contribute to policymakers and business owners improving the working environment.

Dr Wendra is a lecturer at PPM School of Management, Jakarta.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Universitas Andalas, his master’s in human resource management from Monash University, and his PhD in management science from Universitas Padjajaran.
