Dr. William Sandy is researching educational program developments at Harvard University. His research project is “Fostering Digital Citizenship in Higher Education: A TPACK-Based Analysis of Best Practices of Project Zero’s Digital Citizenship projects.” He is interested in absorbing new and diverse perspectives and best practices.
Dr. William is the Vice-Rector for Academic and Student Affairs and a lecturer in education at Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Sabda Setia, Pontianak. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English teaching from Universitas Tanjungpura, a master’s in education from the University of Manchester, and a PhD in higher education from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
