Dwi Maharrani is a lecturer in English teaching at Universitas Sriwijaya, Palembang, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in that field.

She is pursuing a PhD in curriculum and instruction at the University of Florida, specializing in educational technology. Her research focuses on curriculum design and the development of materials incorporating authentic learning interventions for English as a foreign language in an AI-assisted learning environment.
