
Galang Lufityanto will carry out research at New York University on “Non-invasive Brain Stimulation Techniques to Improve Human Integrity” in order to advance the understanding of the relationship between cognitive and brain mechanisms and corruption as a prerequisite to eradicating corruption.
Galang is a lecturer and the Head of Laboratory of Mind, Brain, and Behavior at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from UGM before completing his PhD in cognitive neuroscience from University of New South Wales, Sydney.
