We all scream for es krim! ETA Anisha Tyagi, currently teaching at SMKN 6 Semarang, treated her English Club to ice cream after a good session about the 2019 WORDS competition. She spent January learning all her students’ names, so it was wonderful getting to know a little bit about their personalities through an after-school excursion.

Some of her shy students, it turns out, are actually quite vivacious! The group, who showed up to her club to learn more about writing stories, laughed as they walked past students who decided to skip the discussion on that day. Perhaps everyone would have joined if they knew they’d be eating free ice cream at the end.
