Jatu Rahmawati is a vocational schoolteacher at SMKN 1 Sungai Tebelian in Sintang, West Kalimantan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in information technology and computer education at IKIP PGRI Pontianak.

As a Fulbright DAI awardee, she is undertaking the teacher program in computer and network at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She aims to strengthen her capacity to teach financial literacy and explore how vocational schools in the U.S. prepare students for the workforce. Upon returning to Indonesia, she plans to develop localized financial literacy modules and share her U.S. experience through meetings and presentations.
