At the University of Cincinnati, Laila Ningtyas is pursuing an instructional design and technology degree, focusing on learning design and technology.

She is a program manager at Yogyakarta’s Early Childhood Care and Development Resource Center. She earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
