Muhammad is a lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Sriwijaya. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in architecture from Universitas Katholik Parahyangan and Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2004 and 2011.

He plans to pursue a Doctoral degree program in architecture. He wants to continue the investigation begun in his Master’s thesis into the broader aspects of city planning and architectural heritage by quantifying the physical aspects of a city.

On completion of his PhD program, he will continue his career as a lecturer in architecture.

For his Fulbright Doctoral degree program in architecture, Muhammad is placed at University of Kansas.
