
Natalia is coordinator of Medical Education Unit, School of Medicine at Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya (UKI Atma Jaya), Jakarta. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in medicine and medical doctor from UKI Atma Jaya, Jakarta in 2008 and 2011. She also earned a Master’s degree in medical education from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2015.
Her health sector related career has inspired her to pursue a doctoral degree in curriculum studies with a focus on health professions education. Her proposed research is to design, implement, evaluate and revise programmatic assessments that can be used as a reference for health professions education in Indonesia.
Upon the completion of her degree program, she intends to return to her institution and to join a national scale health education professional organization and actively promote better health profession education, especially medical education.
For her Fulbright Doctoral degree program in teaching and curriculum, Natalia is placed at University of Rochester.
