Through the Fulbright DAI grant, Paizah focuses on the teacher program in chemistry at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is interested in being exposed to best educational practices in the US for possible application at her school, especially chemistry subjects.

She is a chemistry teacher, vice-principal for curriculum, and head of the chemistry laboratory at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Teritip, Bangka, Bangka Belitung.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry education from Universitas Sriwijaya.

After completing her Fulbright DAI grant, she will share her experience by publishing articles and textbooks. She has already authored some or workshops or online sharing sessions with the Chemistry Teachers Association.
