In preparation for an upcoming speech competition on September 28, two students are practicing their English speeches about how they can be a part of an even greater future for Indonesia. Among the many talented students at SMK 1 Beringin, two were selected to present their original speeches. They are practicing their pronunciation and presentation skills with ETA Nathan Danielson.

Nathan is inspired by the passion and skill of the students. One student’s theme is about how the youth is the measurement for the development and success of Indonesia. The other student is focusing her speech on why the next generation of Indonesians must protect the environment and what individual steps can be taken to do this.

For Nathan, the greatest aspect of training with them is watching the students sharpen one another and grow in their skill each time he meets with them. One student is a seasoned Indonesian Speech Club member, while the other student has a greater grasp of English pronunciation. Nathan enjoys watching the students’ exchange skills and learn not only from Nathan himself but one another.
