Prisna Aswarita Putri is originally from West Sulawesi. She is currently teaching Bahasa Indonesia at Yale University. She loves teaching because she feels it is the best way for her to learn, that is through practicing and sharing.

She earned her master’s degree in English Linguistics at Hasanuddin University in 2015. Prior to being awarded Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant program, she was working at the University of West Sulawesi. She hopes to enhance her skills in language teaching to help create innovative teaching-learning process. Further, she hopes to be able to take part in promoting Indonesian language and culture to the world.
