Rahmi is a lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Andalas in Padang. She earned her Bachelor’s and professional degrees in dentistry from Universitas Andalas in 2012 and in 2014.

She wants to pursue a Master’s degree in dental biomaterials which will enable her to teach a greater range of subjects and take an independent role in organizing of dental biomaterials classes. In addition, the Dentistry Faculty only has one member with a Master’s degree in dental biomaterials so there is strong support from the faculty for her to complete further study.

Upon completion of her degree program, she will return to Andalas to continue as a lecturer and to share the latest and most significant research and developments in the field.

For her Master’s degree program, Rahmi is placed at University of Nebraska Medical Center to study oral biology.
