Joseph Klein arrived in Indonesia in November to start his doctoral research entitled “The Market for Coastal Futures – An Ethnography of the Indonesian Live Coral Trade.”

His research is supported by the Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Award (DDRA). Currently, Joe is registered as a PhD student in Anthropology at University of California, Santa Cruz. During his project in Indonesia, he will be supported by Universitas Indonesia.
