Anna graduated from Occidental College in 2017 with a degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs. During college she taught ESL with International Rescue Committee and tutored English classes at a local middle school in Los Angeles. Anna also studied abroad in Nepal and spent a semester interning at the United Nations; both of these experiences furthered her interest in pursuing a career in international relations and development.  Through Fulbright, Anna is excited for the opportunity to promote cultural exchange within her school and community and learn Bahasa Indonesia.

For her Fulbright ETA program, Anna will be placed at North Sumatera where she will co-teach at SMAN 1 Padang Sidempuan.
