Aprisal studies public policy at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor so he could  learn how to create rigorous tax policy that increases the compliance rate and lowers tax collection cost through technological innovation.

Aprisal was a tax service business process analyst staff member at the Directorate General of Taxation, Ministry of Finance in Jakarta. He earned his Diploma 3 qualification from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) in 2010 and bachelor’s degree in economics from the Universitas Indonesia in 2014.

Post Fulbright master’s degree scholarship, Aprisal will continue work at the Directorate General of Taxation and contribute to taxation policy decision making.
