Azalia Primadita Muchransyah (Melody) is currently pursuing her PhD in Media Study at University at Buffalo, State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, New York.

She hopes to conduct an interdisciplinary research on film, media, and public health.

Azalia holds a bachelor degree in Psychology and master’s degree in International Relations both at University of Indonesia. She was a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) at School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University, Washington, DC, in 2011-2012. Prior to her Fulbright award, she is Deputy Head of Film Program at Bina Nusantara University International.
