
Dodi is a lecturer at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Central Java. He earned his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in English education from Universitas Negeri Semarang in 2009 and 2012. His research focus is in the field of education especially TESOL (Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages) and curriculum development.
His main interest is in curriculum development. He feels there should be a change in the implementation of the current curriculum in terms of English teaching practices. His proposed study is related to the development of educational policies employed in the current curriculum.
Upon completion of his doctoral degree program, he will return to his university to conduct research on how education policy in English teaching practices contributes to the development of educational quality.
For his Fulbright Doctoral degree program in curriculum and instruction, Dodi is placed at University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
