Kelly is currently teaching at SMKN 6 in Surabaya, East Java. Kelly graduated from Elon University with a degree in English Education, as well as a teaching license (in the state of North Carolina). She spent her time in college working with and tutoring high school students from a variety of backgrounds, as well as fighting for girls educational opportunities globally through nonprofit and internship work. In the future she is interested in working for educational policy or as a secondary English teacher. When she isn’t teaching, reading or writing, Kelly loves to cook, go hiking or learn new skills (like painting) that she is not talented in, but will fail at with joy and gusto.
