Lingga Agustina Suganda Tjioe pursues a doctoral degree in education at the Utah State University. She wants to look at teachers’ social-emotional dimension, especially how mobile phone-based use can help build one’s social-emotional skills for being a professional teacher.

She is a lecturer and researcher at Universitas Sriwijaya in Palembang, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English teaching.
